Fluffy Bunny Protein Donuts

Donuts

• 100g Bulk Nutrients WPC in Vanilla or Vanilla Maple
• 100g self-raising flour
• 10g baking powder
• 20g sweetener
• 2 eggs
• 100ml unsweetened almond milk
• 1tsp vanilla
• 200g high-protein non-fat plain Greek yoghurt

Frosting

• 30g Bulk Nutrients Micellar Casein in Vanilla (or more WPC)
• 100g high-protein non-fat plain Greek yoghurt
• 10g sweetener 
• 25ml unsweetened almond milk
• 1tsp vanilla

Toppings/decorations

• 20g desiccated coconut (fluff)
• 24 candy eyeballs (eyes)
• 12 white marshmallows, halved lengthways (ears)
• 20g pink sprinkles (ears)
• 12 choc bits (noses)

1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Step 2: Combine dry donut ingredients in a large bowl, then add wet ingredients and stir well.
3. Step 3: Pour 12 donuts into donut trays and bake for 12 minutes until golden and cooked through. Allow to cool slightly in trays, then remove and cool on a wire rack. 
4. Step 4: Mix the frosting ingredients together in a small bowl and spread over cooled donuts.
5. Step 5: Top with decorations as pictured to turn your donuts into fluffy bunnies! For the ears, press the sticky inside of each marshmallow into the sprinkles.
