About the Role
This is a multi-site role covering our Grove and Huntingfield facilities. You'll be receiving and processing incoming materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating forklifts and vehicles, and running goods between our sites. If you like staying busy, working independently, and knowing your contribution actually matters, this is the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Receiving, inspecting, counting, and storing incoming materials — and documenting everything accurately in our inventory systems
- Preparing goods for delivery to our Production team
- Performing cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies to keep our stock records tight
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and responsibly, with routine equipment checks
- Driving company vehicles (SUV, van, and heavy vehicle) to deliver and collect materials, machinery, and goods between sites
Expectations beyond the standard duties.
- Keeping your work areas clean, safe, and hazard-free
- Meeting all WHS obligations — we take safety seriously
- Working harmoniously with internal staff and external customers
- Effective and appropriate communication skills
- Organised, reliable and solid attention to detail
What You'll Need
- Current driver's license (essential)
- Current forklift license (essential)
- LR vehicle license (desirable)
- Comfortable using IT systems for inventory and documentation - experience using WMS/ERP/IMS systems or similar (desirable)
- A team-first attitude - you'll be the link between multiple sites and teams
- Strong self-directed work ethic

This role is based at our facility in Grove, just under 30 minutes south of the Hobart CBD.
