How to Calculate Calories for an Aggressive Mini Cut

I am a Kiwi girl living in Brisbane. I moved over to Australia on my own to grow and pursue my career in the sporting industry. I've always been an active person, which started at a very young age, where I played every sport under the sun. Basketball was my number one sport, and I was even lucky enough to represent my country (NZ).
As I have always had an active lifestyle, I am passionate about all things health and wellness. Currently I do not play competitive Basketball, but absolutely love getting into the gym and focusing on strength training.
I work full time in a sporting role that keeps me busy Monday - Friday, but outside of work and training, I love baking yummy treats and sharing my recipes with you all.

Why I love it: You just can't go wrong. Every single flavour is the BOMB! But salted caramel has my heart, this flavour is so elite. This protein powder is essential part of my daily life.
How I use it: In everything possible! On its own, smoothies and the majority of my baking.
Why I love it: This flavour reminds me of sour lollies, it is absolutely delicious. It gives me the right amount of energy to smash out my training
How I use it: With water before training.
Why I love it: I love this, and it is so easy. I love having one as a sweet treat after dinner.
How I use it: Mixed with water and that's it!
Why I love it: Helps enhance my training in the gym and I don't bloat from it!!
How I use it: Mixed in with my pre workout with water.
I love to have a balanced approach to my eating and incorporate all foods that I love. I love to plan out my meals every week to stay on track, and also to save on money.
Average Daily Calorie Intake: 2100
Are there foods you crave? Why? I have a sweet tooth, especially after dinner, so always craving something sweet after dinner.
What's your go-to cheat meal? Why? I don't have a cheat meal as I incorporate all foods I love everyday.
Pre gym meal: 30g Coco Pops, 30g Whey Protein Isolate Salted Caramel mixed with 90ml almond milk & 40-50g banana. Pre Workout 101 Tutti Frutti & 3g Creatine Monohydrate.
Breakfast: Overnight Weetbix
Snack AM: Protein Balls or 1 packet of pea snaps
Lunch: Mexican chicken, white rice, salad
Snack PM: Fresh piece of fruit
Dinner: Mexican bowl
Dessert: A sample of one of Quick Protein Pancakes.
Plus lots of water throughout the day 😊

Plus I am averaging 10-14k steps a day.
Do you have any medium/long term goals you're working towards?
I would love to be able to do at least 5-10 strict body weight pull ups.
