What is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness racing event that combines endurance running with functional strength challenges. Each race includes eight 1km runs, each followed by a workout station - think rowing, wall balls, sled drags, and more.

Unlike traditional endurance sports or strength-only competitions, HYROX demands a blend of power, stamina, speed, and mental grit. It’s become a popular choice for athletes who love functional fitness and want a goal to train for, whether solo or in pairs.

With its unique format, HYROX attracts participants from CrossFit, BFT, and running backgrounds, making it one of the most accessible yet challenging races on the fitness scene.

What Supplements Are Good for HYROX Athletes?

HYROX demands a combination of strength, endurance, and fast recovery, so many athletes choose to support their training with supplements that align with these goals.
