I am a fitness & nutrition coach who runs their own business Impact Coaching by Selina. Coming into my fourth year of coaching, I am passionate about teaching women the benefits of strength training and finding a balance within their diet and lifestyle.
Throughout my fitness journey I have competed in both competitive powerlifting and bodybuilding. After five state titles with the WRPF, achieving over 5 Australian records, I started to complete in local bodybuilding shows. Most recently I have competed on the FMG Australia stage, placing in the top 10 in the Australian ProAm. This is where I am continuing to compete under the fitness bikini model division.

Why I love it: My favourite flavour is Salted Caramel. It's great to mix in to a variety of things. It's great mixing into yogurt, but mixed with oats is my favourite way to use it.
How I use it: Mixed into a variety of products, or baked into protein muffins or slices.
Why I love it: The great flavour, there's no crash or that overpowering sensation you sometimes get with a Pre Workout. I create my own Pre Workout Stack to improve my performance and endurance, and aid in my recovery.
How I use it: I use a variety of products to make my pre-workout stack, including Creatine, Acetyl L-Carnitine and L Glutamine. I mix it with water just before cardio/training.
Why I love it: Creatine is one of the most researched supplements, with benefits for muscle growth and strength.
How I use it: As part of my pre-workout stack
This varies as to whether I am in competition prep or not. I like to promote balance when it comes to food. I usually follow the 80/20 rule with my whole & soul foods.
As I reiterate to my clients - a good relationship with food is vital to achieving a healthy and balanced lifestyle. When I enter competition prep however, my nutrition is focused on performance, aesthetics and recovery - hence why the shift to only whole foods is needed.
Breakfast: Raspberry Biscoff overnight weetbix - with Protein Matrix in Salted Caramel mixed into the yogurt layer.
Snack 1: A punnet of raspberries or blueberries and a Chobani yogurt pouch.
Lunch: A protein source, either rice or pumpkin, and veg.
Snack 2: Either a protein smoothie (using Protein Matrix, berries, maple syrup, banana and ice) or rice cakes with peanut butter and a protein shake.
Dinner: A protein source, potato rice or pasta, veg and sauce.
