Why don’t the results always match the specs on the label?
Nearly all of our tests come in within 3% of our claimed specs, which we consider highly accurate. On the rare occasion results fall outside, we investigate immediately — checking raw ingredients, updating labels, or working with suppliers.
Minor differences can occur due to supplier changes, recipe tweaks, or seasonal variation in raw materials.
Our labels show a best-case figure, so it’s rare for test results to exceed what’s printed. If a recipe change impacts the nutritional panel, we update labels promptly.
