Convenient Beta Alanine Capsules
Beta Alanine is a non essential amino acid which can assist the synthesis of carnosine. This benefits in reduced muscular fatigue which can increase training duration and effort. Many users experience vasodilation (muscular pumps) as Beta Alanine is an effective pre-cursor in generating nitric oxide synthase.
A very common side effect of Beta Alanine, especially on first use, is flushing or tingling/itching of the skin, particularly the hands and face (paresthesia). This is well documented and will pass quite quickly.

Beta Alanine Capsules Reviews
As always on time and the capsules work
First time trying this, does not have the some pump as the powder form. But like it as it does not contain any sweetness.
This is the first time I've tried the capsule form and a several years between uses. The capsules (at the recommended dose) did not have quite the same impact as the previous version I used. That said, even at the normal dose there's value.
I'm increasing the dose to 3 and then 4 caps to see how that goes.
I'm an old bloke so I may need a higher dose to get the same tingly effect before so new users should start with the recommendation. The first tingle you get can be daunting so see what works best for you.
I have just started taking Beta Alanine so my experience is limited i did not get the tingling or itching i have found myself pumping out a few more reps though
The product itself is 10/10 gives you the tingles as beta al does.
Nut not the energy and drive I was after.
At the end you just yourself with the tingles.
