Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) Reviews
If you struggle with a good night's sleep, give this a go.
I had no expectations when I bought this, because nothing else has worked for me. I've had chronic insomnia for so many years that I'd forgotten what it feels like to sleep through the night until I tried GABA, and I've tried a LOT of sleep supplements. I don't get the tingling other people mention, I just get nice and relaxed about half an hour after taking it. I mix it in a glass of water and can barely taste it. I have tried to cycle it as recommended but the insomnia comes right back, which is a bummer.
Helps me sleep, I actually had nights of sleeping 5 or 6 hours straight, which didn't really happen in the last 15 years!!!
Since taking GABA I fall asleep quickly and deeply and my stress levels have dropped significantly. Love the tingle when it kicks in. Have been recommending to all my friends. Mixes well and has no flavour so it’s just like a drink of water before bed
Gives me a good nights sleep and leaves me feeling genuinely rested come morning.
This is a great product for sleep and growth hormone. Use carefully according to directions; it is very effective stuff.
I liked this as a bit of a sleep aide but it didn't always work. I didn't notice any other benefits. I also got hot tingly feeling in my face and head and shortness of breath at times when going a full dose
Gaba gives me serious paresthesia (tingles) which I like, because it means its working, but the best result I've had from it is the boost in growth hormone production. I've actually had symptomatic RSI in my hands, which is a sign of growth hormone working from injections of the stuff. My skin has improved and I'm looking fuller than ever. Cuts heal quicker on me than before. I'm 51, so may be getting better results than someone younger because of the lack of GH. All in all, one of the best supplements I've tried.
Taking supplements rarely show measurable results. Gaba was difficult to take initially for me because it caused a hot tingly feeling in my face and head for a few minutes soon after taking. The effects on sleep and recovery though, were outstanding. I now get out of bed thoroughly rested. I can now workout for longer and more often. How good is that?
