What Does 30g Look Like?
If you don't have scales and are using our scoops as a guide, please note that the WPI is significantly less dense than WPC.
This means for a 30g serve of protein, you would actually need a significantly heaped scoop as seen in the photo. With the WPC, the scoop only needs to be slightly heaped to get 30g of powder.
These photos have been taken without compressing the protein at all, just as you would when getting the protein out of the bag.
