What says Christmas more than a chocolate, cherry and coconut treat!
Today's 'Twelve Days of Christmas' recipe combines all of those festive flavours and rolls them into one protein-packed ball.
- 1/2 scoop (15g) Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein in Limited Edition Choc Cherry flavour
- 45g raspberries
- 10g shredded coconut
- 2g coconut sugar
- 10ml coconut oil – melted
- 10g almond meal
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
- Make into equal sized bites and roll through coconut
- Best stored in the fridge and consumed within one week.
