Ingredients: 80g Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein Strawberry; ½ cup (63g) Coconut Flour; 20g Stevia; ½ Teaspoon Bi-carb Soda; 1 cup (245g) Greek Yogurt; 1tbs Almond Essence; ½ cup Strawberries, cut into small chunks

Ingredients

80g Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein Strawberry
½ cup (63g) Coconut Flour
20g Stevia
½ Teaspoon Bi-carb Soda
1 cup (245g) Greek Yogurt
1tbs Almond Essence
½ cup Strawberries, cut into small chunks

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2: Mix all dry ingredients together well.
Step 3: Make a well in the middle of dry ingredients and add yogurt and almond essence. Mix until it has just formed but is still slightly wet.
Step 4: Add strawberries and use your hands to combine the mixture into a dough.
Step 5: Roll into 10 cookies and bake for 10min.
Step 6: Allow to cool on wire rack.
Step 7: Scoop ice cream onto one cookie and sandwich together with second cookie.
