Ingredients 50g WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Iced Coffee flavour 30g Collagen Protein in Chocolate flavour 50 g pitted dates 150g cream cheese 3 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 60g quick oats 3 Weetbix 25g shredded coconut Instructions Step 1: Place all ingredients except protein powders into a high speed mixer. Step 2: In another bowl, mix the protein powders with 1/2 to 3/4 cup of cold water and stir until it’s not too thick. Step 3: Add to the dry mixture and blitz until all ingredients are combined. Step 4: Place in the fridge for 20 minutes until firm. Step 5: Roll into balls and coat in toppings of your choice. @jessandbabyella used coconut, crushed peanuts and grated hazelnut chocolate.
