Salted Caramel Cookie Dough Brownie

Ingredients
- 3 scoops (90g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Salted Caramel flavour

1/4 cup almond butter

1 can chickpeas - drained and rinsed

1/3 cup rice malt syrup

3/4 cup oats (ground to flour)

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup choc chips
Directions
- Place all wet ingredients into a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
- Transfer into a mixing bowl and mix all remaining ingredients (excluding the choc chips) through.
- Pour batter into tray lined with cling wrap.
- Melt choc chips and drizzle over the top.
- Place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes to set.
- Once firm cut into 15 slices.
