Salted Caramel Cookie Dough Brownie

  • 3 scoops (90g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Salted Caramel flavour
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 can chickpeas - drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup rice malt syrup
  • 3/4 cup oats (ground to flour)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup choc chips


  1. Place all wet ingredients into a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Transfer into a mixing bowl and mix all remaining ingredients (excluding the choc chips) through.
  3. Pour batter into tray lined with cling wrap.
  4. Melt choc chips and drizzle over the top.
  5. Place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes to set.
  6. Once firm cut into 15 slices.
