The Ultimate Dinner - BBQ Chicken Pizza and Protein Milkshakes

We have your dinner sorted tonight!

For the next couple of weeks all Bulk Nutrients orders will have the opportunity to receive a free Protein Pizza Base sample from The Protein Bread Co.

So here's a fun pizza recipe to help get you inspired!

And... You can't have pizza without shakes. Choose from either a Berry Shake or Future Whey Spider to wash down with your tasty, protein-packed pizza!


For the Berry Shake:

For the Future Whey Spider:

For the BBQ Chicken Pizza:

  • 1 serve Protein Bread Co Pizza Base – Prepare as directed on packet
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • I tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 mushrooms – sliced
  • 4 rashes middle cut bacon
  • 1/3 brown onion – sliced
  • 1/3 large chicken breast
  • *Optional: Capsicum and chili


  1. For the Berry Shake: Place all ingredients, except for the whipped cream, in a blender and combine until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with optional whipped cream.
  3. For the Future Whey Spider: Place still water and Future Whey in a shaker and shake until lumps have dissolved.
  4. Pour into a glass and top with soda water.
  5. Place protein ice cream in glass and top with optional whipped cream.
  6. For the Pizza: Set the oven to 180 degrees.
  7. Prepare the Protein Bread Co Pizza Base as directed.
  8. Saute bacon and onion together until cooked and set aside.
  9. Cook chicken in strips and set aside
  10. Combine BBQ and tomato sauce together and spread over the base.
  11. Layer all toppings onto the pizza, finishing with the cheese.
  12. Cook until the cheese is golden brown.
  13. Allow to cool slightly before chopping and eating!
