Directions
Combine powder with 100-150mls of liquid and consume immediately. The natural ingredients in this product will sediment if left standing, simply stir or mix again before consuming.

It’s still early days in using this product, but so far I’m pleased with it. It is an excellent combination of beetroot and other vegetables and berries, it mixes reasonably well and although not the best tasting it is palatable. The beetroot provides a good source of nitric oxide, making this an ideal pre workout drink. I will probably continue to use it.
