12 Days of Christmas - Raspberry Marshmallow Chia Pudding recipe from Bulk Nutrients

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 150ml milk or water
  • 1 serve Bulk Nutrients Limited Edition Raspberry Marshmallow Mug Cake*
  • Marshmallows – for top

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, milk/water, mug cake in a mug and stir well.
  2. Allow to sit for about 15 minutes, before stirring again.
  3. Transfer into a serving mug and allow to set in the fridge until ready to enjoy. Best overnight or a minimum of two hours.
  4. Top with choice of toppings.

This recipe can still be made by substituting in either Choc Cherry Delight Mug Cake.
