Ingredients
Eclairs
- 8x 45g Brioche mini hot dog buns
 
Filling
- 30g Bulk Nutrients Matrix+ in Choc Hazelnut
 - 120g fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
 - 20g cocoa
 - 20g sweetener
 - splash of vanilla
 
Glaze and Top
- 10g Bulk Nutrients Matrix+ in Choc Hazelnut
 - 40g Nutella
 - 10g coconut oil
 - 20g crushed hazelnuts to top
 
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine the filling ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smooth.
 - Step 2: Slice each slider bun and fill equally with the prepared filling, assembling into a sandwich.
 - Step 3: For the glaze, melt together the coconut oil and Nutella. Add the protein powder and mix until smooth. Pour equally over each donut and top with crushed hazelnuts.
