Hemp Protein Spread

- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients Hemp Protein
- 100g peanuts
- 100g almonds
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 30ml coconut oil – melted
- 2 teaspoon sweetener or coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt
- Combine nuts and coconut oil in a food processor and blend to a paste.
- Add all other ingredients and process until combined.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use as a spread on rice cakes, toast, in smoothies or straight off the spoon!
