Oreo Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients
- 160g Oat Protein in Vanilla
 - 40g sweetener
 - 80ml sugar-free maple syrup
 - 50g fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
 - 60g Biscoff, melted
 - Splash of vanilla
 - 60g Oreos, broken into pieces
 
Instructions
- Step 1: Mix the dry ingredients (except for the Oreos) together in a large bowl.
 - Step 2: Stir in the wet ingredients, then continue to knead with your hands until a dough forms.
 - Step 3: Knead in the Oreo pieces, then roll into 8 equal-sized balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
