What happens to my sample after testing?
The NMI keeps your sample and all related paperwork on file. This ensures there’s a record if the results are ever questioned and allows you to prove the sample you sent matches the product you have at home — or matches other samples tested.
You should send about 30 g of protein. That’s more than enough for the NMI to run their tests and still have a little left over, without you losing much of the product you purchased.
