Bulk Nutrients' Burner Combination Capsules combines the strongest available ingredients, Green Tea Extract, the active ingredients being catechins; Sesamin, a lignan extracted from sesame oil; as well as Caffeine.
Each capsule contains 235mg Green Tea, 235mg Sesamin, 40mg total Caffeine (from Caffeine and Green Tea).

It must be working
I am on losing weight quest. I lost 20kg in 6 months. First couple of months I was using Burner Combination + ALCAR along with healthy diet and exercise 4 days a week. During that period, weight loss was continues and observable.
Then I stopped using Burner Combination and continued with ALCAR doing my daily routine. It continued to lose weight. Then went into plateau for a month or maybe more. moving up and own between 83kg and 85kg.
Then decided to try Combination Burner again. And I started to kick off weight loss again. So it must be helping along with health life style. -
Noticeable results
Have been using this product in combination with Thermowhey Protein and have dropped 2.5kgs in four weeks while still maintaining muscle mass. Looking forward to seeing the results closer to completing the course of capsules.

Burners that work
I am currently taking on AM Burner with 2 tablets of Burner Combination Capsules in the morning 5 AM and then one PM Burner in the evening. I have lost 1.5 kg in 3 weeks. I found when I took 2 tablets in the evening, my sleep was disrupted. But taking only in the morning does not.
