Creatine Ethyl Ester

Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) is Creatine with a bond attached to enhance delivery to muscle cells. CEE can enhance phosphocreatine levels, resulting in increased strength, endurance and muscle volume, resulting in better training sessions.

Creatine Ethyl Ester is reported to have stronger effects than Creatine Monohydrate and is ideal for those who suffer bloating and cramps from regular creatine. It should be noted that while these effects have been reported, and were once heavily marketed, Creatine Ethyl Ester (and any other form of Creatine) have not been shown to out perform Creatine Monohydrate in clinical trials.

Considering this, we recommend Creatine Ethyl Ester only be used by those who suffer cramps and other side effects from Creatine Monohydrate who can otherwise tolerate Creatine Ethyl Ester.

Creatine Ethyl Ester is quite hydroscopic so will harden with time. This does not effect product performance, but will make serving more difficult.

Dosage

Consume 3g of Creatine Ethyl Ester, ideally 30 minutes before training.

A flat 5ml scoop provided equals 3.4g of Creatine Ethyl Ester.

Directions

Combine powder with liquid and consume immediately.

    Great Quality

Posted by Heather on Apr 02, 2018

This product has helped so much with my energy, stamina and muscle recovery! I take 3 grams before every workout with L-Glutamine.

If you are not going to mix this with anything sweet I suggest you add the smallest amount of water before taking it like a shot of alcohol.

    Prompt efficient service & Delivery

Posted by Colin on Mar 27, 2018

My usual site was out of stock of creatine Ethyl Ester so decided to give bulk nutrients a try. I had great service from them at a fitness Expo down south years ago. They delivered next day and the purity of the product seems great. I recommend this one particularly to those who suffer bloating from normal creatine monohydrate. Excellent. Mix with something like maximus and L-glutamine I don't have issues with the taste.

    No more upset stomach

Posted by Nathan on Mar 15, 2018

I've noticed significant strength gains since recently supplementing with creatine. I stopped using it previously because it made me feel sick in the stomach to the point of thinking I'd throw up and very bloated; I have none of these ill-effects on CEE.
As others have said, the taste is very bitter and you definitely need to mix it with flavoured BCAAs or something strong and sweet.

    Big T

Posted by Tom on Nov 19, 2017

Just began using creatine again after previously experiencing serious stomach cramps, and even getting unwanted digestive side effects from regular creatine.
Although I understand there is no proven difference in effectiveness of a Monohydrate to other forms of creatine, my cramps are completely gone, have zero side effects when using this product, and the gains are coming at a more rapid rate.
Product definitely works, side effects are gone, but my god... I read in the comments that it tastes horrid and thought the reviews where slightly over the top, but no... You guys really should work on combating the incredibly brutal taste of this stuff, it's really hard to drink even with all kinds of mixes of juices. Overall, product works very well, no side effects for me personally, but the taste is death... Just being honest.

    Good results b.a.a.d taste

Posted by Andrew on Nov 17, 2016

Pros: This is the only creatine I've felt something from. Got little to no results with mono. But with EE, my muscles are fuller, reps and pump quality are on the up.
Cons: Tastes soooo bad. Make sure you have a decent mixer/chaser. I generally go the chaser method with a sweet juice.

    Good stuff

I find CEE works better than standard mono, but the taste is not so nice. I mix with prune juice and my preworkout. Definately feel my muscles are fuller when taking it.
