Dextrose Monohydrate is a single chained carbohydrate which is absorbed very rapidly by the body and works to increase blood glycogen levels to promote muscle recovery and growth.
Dextrose is ideal taken post-workout and mixes well with whey for a quick post workout nutrition. It can also be useful to take during a workout to supply the body with carbohydrates to create a more anabolic environment.
Dextrose is also excellent as a carbohydrate source mixed with Whey Protein Concentrate to make a bulking shake for between meal consumption.
Consume 50g (approximately 1 scoop) of Dextrose Monohydrate around training. A typical dose is between 20 and 50g.
Combine powder with liquid and consume immediately.

Great source of carbs before and during training. I wish they use 1kg bags. The 5kg bag is impractical.
I have been adding this to my intra workout mix to add in some needed carbs and an insulin spike from mid session onwards.
I do feel this product has increased my muscles protein uptake post training and give me a mid session boost so I can finish as well as I started. Super value too.

Bulk Nutrients Dextrose Monohydrate is the cheapest and easiest way to get some fast-digesting carbs into your diet.
These are especially useful as an intra-workout drink, mixed with some WPI. There may be fancier intra-workout drinks, but you can't go past good ol' dextrose for price and simplicity.
