What says Christmas more than a Christmas Pudding Protein Ball?
It's the perfect accompaniment to a steaming hot Chocolate Whey Hot or even a warm cup of Eggnog.
For those fortunate enough to win our Limited Edition Christmas Pudding Muscle Food 101, pop a scoop of that in to your protein balls, otherwise improvise with our regular Vanilla Muscle Food 101 and add some extra cinnamon and all spice.
- 1 scoop (40g) Bulk Nutrients Muscle Food 101 in Limited Edition Christmas Pudding flavour
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup mixed dried fruit
12 dates - soaked
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 4 tablespoons almond or coconut flour
- Place all ingredients (except the flour) in a small blender and process until chunky.
- Remove mixture and place in a bowl.
- Add the flour and stir well to combine.
- Roll mixture into 8-10 balls.
- Optional: Roll through desiccated coconut for extra flavour.
