Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup puffed quinoa or buckinis
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil - melted
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Using a tablespoon, dollop scoops onto a lined baking tray and place in the fridge to set.
  3. Enjoy immediately Best stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
