Crispy Chocolate Quinoa Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Chocolate
- 1/2 cup puffed quinoa or buckinis
- 1/2 cup coconut oil - melted
- 1/2 cup agave syrup
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Using a tablespoon, dollop scoops onto a lined baking tray and place in the fridge to set.
- Enjoy immediately Best stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
