Ingredients 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Chocolate 1/2 cup puffed quinoa or buckinis 1/2 cup coconut oil - melted 1/2 cup agave syrup 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence Pinch of salt Instructions Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Using a tablespoon, dollop scoops onto a lined baking tray and place in the fridge to set. Enjoy immediately Best stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
