Makes: Serves 16 Calories: 88 Preparation time: 25 minutes Cook time: 5 minutes Total time: 30 minutes
Ingredients 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Chocolate flavour 150g dark chocolate 80g pistachios - shelled and crushed Pinch of sea salt Instructions Line an 8 x 8 inch cooking pan with baking paper. Melt the dark chocolate over the stove or in the microwave on a low heat. Once fully melted stir through protein powder until smooth. Pour into the lined tin. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios, sea salt and optional freeze dried raspberries. Allow to set in the fridge for 20 minutes before breaking apart. Best stored in the fridge.
