Pistachio and Dark Chocolate Protein Shards

Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Chocolate flavour
- 150g dark chocolate
- 80g pistachios - shelled and crushed
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Line an 8 x 8 inch cooking pan with baking paper.
- Step 2: Melt the dark chocolate over the stove or in the microwave on a low heat.
- Step 3: Once fully melted stir through protein powder until smooth.
- Step 4: Pour into the lined tin.
- Step 5: Sprinkle with crushed pistachios, sea salt and optional freeze dried raspberries.
- Step 6: Allow to set in the fridge for 20 minutes before breaking apart.
- Step 7: Best stored in the fridge.
