Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) Reviews
Tastes like crushed panadol, but I have taken my EAAs immediately after smashing the crap out of myself at the Gym and every morning I wake up surprised by my lack of soreness. So 5 Stars for me regardless of the taste.
Great amino for all round use, especially on hard workout days or even on really hot days to boost the electrolytes. The bag seals can be of better quality thought as they tend to break.
This product taken before or during exercise gives you a quite a boost but it makes u drink 3x more water. It also has a bad taste, I usually mix it with almond milk, tea or any kind of juice. Great product, less sore muscles, improved muscle growth and it also helped a lot with my rheumatoid arthritis symptoms.
The only issue I faced is that the package and the website state to have between 5 and 20ml but does not state the liquid portion, eg 2 teaspoons to 200ml of water
The best Eaa's for the best price! I can't have dairy leaving me with natural protein powders that are grainy and nasty. This has been an absolute life saver! No grainy feeling, easily absorbed into water and gets the job done. You'll want to chuck 2 flavouring packs in with the 1kg pack.
I use these pre, intra and post. Great tasting when paired with flavouring, and helps flavour my intra-carbs, creatine and citrulline.
EAAs are undoubtedly better than BCAAs as you are getting the full spectrum of aminos instead of isolating just three. However the trade off is that most BCAA products contain valuable electrolytes and citrulline-malate. Adding these in yourself can add up $$. Weigh your options before you decide to switch over.
Looks like a great product, of course as a powdered amino acid it tastes awful. I already ordered flavoring, will asses again.
A good product definitely seems to give me more energy during a workout and i am less sore afterwards. Tastes horrible but have been mixing it with raw cacoa powder and is not as bad.
Love this product and the prices too. Bulk nutrients is my main supplement shop from now on.
