Epic Protein Smoothies

Winter weather getting you down?
Well, we have two fresh smoothie recipes to get you back on track (and perhaps remind you of the summer ahead).
We have a creamy Banana and Mango as well as a sweet Blackberry and Raspberry depending on your tastes.
These two smoothies are full of vitamin-rich fruits and delicious Bulk Nutrients Protein so you can feel good inside and have energy throughout the day.
You must give our casein whip a shot too, it’s a smooth and creamy topping that will have you forgetting about regular whipped cream (see Optional Extra Topping for how to make it).
Banana Mango Protein Smoothie
Serves: 2
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 cup milk of choice (we used coconut)
- 2 scoops Bulk Nutrients Muscle Food 101 (we used cookies and cream but banana or vanilla would also work perfectly!)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately or keeps well in the fridge for up to 1 day.
Optional Extra Topping
We combined ½ cup of Chobani yogurt with 1 Tbsp Micellar Casein vanilla (mix well and set aside) + a mix of our Bulk Nutrients Strawberry Protein Mousse. Add both of these mixes to a piping bag and pipe on top!
