Fine Powdered Oats Reviews
I like to use this instead of or as well as wheat flour in baking. Very finely milled, so has a nice texture. It is also useful as a carbohydrate for meal replacement smoothies if I'm short on time, mixes well.
Very good to get some quick easy calories my main issue with trying to gain weight is appetite I just never feel like eating what my body needs to gain weight being 6'2 and weighing 70kg but so far I have found this very easy to drink i can have 2-3 scoops with a scoop of wpc and still be able to eat a full meal after it taste much better than expected
Does seem to be a bit strange to give this 5 stars, but it is great, and super convenient. I use this instead of maltodextrin in post-workout shakes and am really happy with how it tastes and mixes up with WPI. Want a 4.5 star option as I can't see how I will sleep tonight after giving it 5 but it certainly seems to tick all the boxes.
For me this high quality product is a staple and a perfect addition to my whey shakes. Adds a nice oaty flavour and helps keep me feeling fuller for longer.
200ml soy milk, 2 scoops of powder, a slurp of Da Vinsi's sugarless caramel syrup, shake well and pour over your favorite cereal, Yum Yum.
Smooth, easy to drink, mixes well with WPC, great substitute for breakfast if you don't feel like eating.
Will turn any protein shake into a creamy thick shake, plus the carbs, a must have! Ive tried grinding them at home but cant get the fineness BN can.
Mixes in well & compliments all the flavours I've tried for protein powders (cookies & cream, chocolate, vallina, salted caramel). I used to blend up my own oats with a coffee grinder but they'd never mix 100%.
Pleasant oatey taste, mixes easily (use the metal spiral pulveriser supplied with BN shakers to break up clumps if using multiple scoops). I mix 1 scoop FPO with 1 scoop WPC for brekky, and 2 scoops FPO pre workout. No flavouring needed just chug it down
