Consume 100g (entire sachet) of Plant Protein Pancakes as per the directions below.
Directions to make Plant Protein Pancakes
- Combine 100g (entire sachet) with 250-300mls of plant-based milk or water in a bowl.
- Mix well before pouring into a hot pan.
- When cooked through, allow to cool slightly before consuming.
100g is generally suitable for making 4 x 10cm pancakes.
You can reduce liquid by 50mls and add 1 egg if your diet allows.

No, they may contain some gluten from the spelt flour used, however may be suitable if only following a low gluten diet.
What is the serving size?
A serving is 1 sachet, or 100g.
How do I make this product?
Combine 1 sachet with 250-300mls of milk alternative or water. For best results we recommend the use of plant based milk, and if your diet allows you may replace 50mls with 1 egg. This will improve the fluffiness and cooking of the mix.
How often should I consume plant protein pancakes?
We recommend up to once a day as a healthy protein snack.
