Egg Protein Powder

Egg White Protein is arguably the best protein available for muscle growth and recovery. On the biological value scale (BV) egg white protein actually defines the perfect standard with a score of 100.

Egg White Protein is an exceptionally convenient way to consume eggs without any of the messiness associated with separating yolks.

Egg White Protein contains very high amounts of vitamins and minerals, so is one of the best proteins to be taken as a meal replacement. It is also completely lactose-free which makes it perfect for those with allergies.

Egg Protein tastes quite harsh - many people consider it unpleasant. We do not recommend it as a stand alone protein, you may wish to combine it with other products (ie whey, casein).

Egg Protein Powder can also froth easily when shaken excessively. When mixing, only a very gentle stir is required. Stirring or shaking vigorously will see the blend of liquid and egg protein become very frothy which will make it difficult to drink.

Egg Protein Powder Dosage

Consume 30g of Egg Protein Powder after training. A flat scoop provided equals approximately 30g of Egg Protein Powder.

Directions

Combine powder with liquid (or an already prepared protein shake) and consume immediately. As Egg Protein Powder froths when shaken excessively, we recommend gently stirring to combine the powder.

Ingredients

Egg Albumen (pure egg whites).

    Fantastic Product

Egg white Protein Powder. Being lactose intolerant this is an excellent alternative. Mix in with a it of cocoa add some rice milk and it goes down like a dream.

    It's egg protein.

Posted by Mark on Nov 04, 2017

I find it hard to swallow just mixed with water. I'm experimenting with it. Mixed with flavoured whey protein it works. 1:1. Heated up a bit and cooled down it makes a not bad chocolate custard; or whatever flavour. Very versatile.

Does what it says on the tin

When I first started trying this product, I had to agree with other people posting here: it's a bit gross on its own. And actually, it upset my stomach a little when I tried it that way. HOWEVER: I've found that this product mixes excellently and it has helped me to make nutritional mixes that are savoury and high in protein. If you're like me and completely sick to the guts of sweet flavours being added to everything, this product will probably suit you well.

Easy way to get egg protein, no problem with taste or mixing

    Easy to use and afforadable

Posted by Robin on Jul 21, 2017

I use it every morning in a smoothie. Works out cheaper than buying carton egg whites. Flavour is not a problem and does not foam up a great deal.

    Very happy.

    Posted by S.F. on Jul 16, 2017

I keep buying this because it's the cleanest and most effective protein available. Period.

I mix it with a few spoons of Milo and it tastes great. It's so easy to have this way I don't even have to think about it.

I find it difficult to eat enough calories so I use this to supplement my protein all year round between my 3-5 meals. This way I find it easy to build lean muscle and keep it that way.

If someone asked me 'what it the best', this is it.

    Strength in a Bag

Posted by Gary on Oct 18, 2016

There is no protein like egg protein when it comes to strength gains. If you have just a little too much you will stink the house out but stay just below that tolerance level and you are fine. Mix it with a flavoured WPC or Dark Grape Juice because it doesn't taste very nice on its own but it works.
