I'm a die hard rugby league fan having played in my teenage years.

I'm currently studying my Masters of Physiotherapy at The University of Sydney and work as a personal trainer out a my home studio on the side. I've been a competitive powerlifter for 8 years now and have no plans to give it up any time soon.

I'm secretly a pretty big nerd. I love everything maths and science and l have a huge soft spot for all sci-fi movies and tv series.

Training Schedule

I would like to consider myself a power builder. I train 5-6 days per week where I train one of my main lifts whether it be a competition style or lift variation followed by a muscle group. An example would be hitting conventional deadlifts on a Wednesday followed by training back.

My approach to nutrition

I'm a no bullshit kind of person and I see bulk nutrients as a no bullshit kind of company. They don't stock the latest gimmicks nor do they follow the latest industry trends. What are your biggest athletic career wins:

Other than winning the U/12's grand final as a little fella, my biggest win would have to be the 4 times I came second at the World Championships. But the two wins that meant the most to me would be taking out my first best overall lifter at the National Championships and my final competition as a junior lifter in New Zealand where I reclaimed my junior world record deadlift and total records.

What is your ultimate fitness/sports goal:

It would have to be winning an Open Mens World Championship.
