Hey, I'm Chris.
I'm an international and national lever powerlifter, and current Australian Powerlifting League (APL) national champion.
I returned to powerlifting in 2021 after 8 years on the sideline due to a major injury and lengthy rehabilitation.
For 17 years I've passionately coached people on their powerlifting journey, blending science with art to guide athletes towards greatness. From novices to veterans, I've tailored programs to suit each individual's needs, fostering growth and resilience along the way.
Witnessing the transformative impact of strength training fuels my commitment to this craft. I believe in instilling confidence and a relentless pursuit of excellence in every athlete I coach. Through disciplined training and personalised attention, I've seen individuals surpass their own expectations both physically and mentally.
My coaching philosophy emphasises not just the mastery of lifts like the squat, bench press and deadlift, but also the cultivation of inner strength and determination. With each passing year I continue to evolve, staying updated on the latest advancements in the sport to better serve my athletes.
Coaching powerlifting is more than just a profession for me, it's a journey of empowerment, guiding individuals to become the strongest versions of themselves both on and off the platform.
